Cakes by Jeanette has been known since 1968 for delicious and unique wedding cakes. Each cake is a special work of art reflecting what the bride has dreamed about – not a cookie cutter replica of some mass produced product.

Jeanette has a portfolio of over a hundred cake styles to choose from! (click here)  The bride can combine features from several cakes to create a special effect to accent the perfect setting.
Cake Shapes
Round, square, petal, heart, hexagon or a combination of shapes. There is no extra charge for cake shape combinations.

Cake Flavors
 White, French vanilla, chocolate, double chocolate fudge, apple sauce, spice, lemon, lemon poppyseed, chocolate fudge swirl, chocolate marble, strawberry swirl, carrot, and spice. In addition, each cake can be made a different flavor at no extra charge.

Cake Fillings
 Each cake is filled for a special taste and moistness. Filling selections include cream cheese, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, chocolate Bavarian cream, pearch, and Bavarian cream. Again, each cake may be filled with a different flavor as chosen by the bride.

Deposits and Payment
A small deposit is required at the time the order is placed and the balance is due the week before the wedding. A small "plate deposit" is required but will be refunded when all plates are returned.

 Special Effects
Fountains with colored water, stairs, cherubs, "floating stands", pillars (white, clear, gold, silver), crystal pedestals, silver plateaus, flowers (silk, fresh or frosting) can be added. Most of the above are included in the base price or will be quoted to you so you do not suffer an "unwanted surprise" in the final price. Your florist usually does fresh flowers but I can do them also.

Cake Tasting and Ordering
 It is best to book your date 3-6 months ahead of the wedding. June, August and September fill up more quickly so you might consider booking those months even earlier. If you have a special flavor in mind, I will try to have a sample ready so you have a chance to taste it at your appointment.

Servings
Cakes can be made in almost any size to feed from 25 to 500 persons.

Delivery Cost
 Delivery within the Boise city limits is free. There is a nominal charge for deliveries depending on the distance outside of Boise. Set-up is also free
